I am currently developing a program to allow you to be able to sync your preferences with other computers.

It allows you to upload your preferences file to my server (Masteries & Launcher Settings).
And then you have the option to download that file to all your other computers.
the summoner name is case sensitive, since that determines which file it has to copy over.
